Wallet and order records — your wallet balance, top-up records (payment method, amount, and the payment provider’s transaction reference), and your number purchases (service, country, the number provided, and the SMS codes delivered to it, which are shown in your account).
Technical information — your IP address, browser type, and basic device details, collected automatically for security and fraud prevention.

How we use your information

To create and operate your account and wallet.
To deliver the numbers and SMS codes you purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Cryptomus). Your card or banking details are entered on the provider’s own secure pages — we never see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the amount, which we credit to your wallet.

Wallet credit and refunds

Wallet balances are store credit for use on this website only and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. If a number purchase fails, or you cancel a number before using it, the amount charged is automatically returned to your wallet in full.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only where necessary: with payment providers to process your top-ups, with the upstream providers who supply the phone numbers and deliver the SMS, and where the law requires it.
